This is a Model 03-A4 rifle with scant stock Remington 3418602.

The barrel of this rifle is an RA barrel dated 7-43, with the proof marking visibly stamped beneath it. The muzzle gauge and throat gauge are both 1+. The bore of this rifle is in good condition with little to no rust/pitting and is a two-grooved barrel. The bolt of this rifle is an A4 bolt. Most of the parts appear to be Remington parts, as the bolt and handle, safety, on/off switch, stacking and front sling swivel, and upper band all possess stamings of "R." The stock possesses faint cartouches as well as DOD and proof markings, as well as some additional stampings in front of the trigger guard. The wood of this rifle is GI wood with some imperfections.
