This is a service grade M1-D Garand rifle with accessories "Win-13" WRA 1628772.
This rifle has all the accessories included with it that can be seen in the photos. All of the accessories are military issued and not after-market production parts. This rifle is as it would have been when it was converted from an M1 to an M1-D.
