This is a service grade M1 Garand rifle SA 6082947.
Muzzle Gauge: 2
Throat Gauge: 2+
The bore of this rifle is in okay condition with little to no rust/pitting.
The breech of this rifle is the white.
The crown of this rifle is in okay condition.
Barrel: SA F 6535448 3 56 A 226B
Bolt: D28287 – SA A 15
Op-Rod: D35382 9 SA
Trigger Housing: 6528290 SA
Hammer: SA D 5546008
Safety: SA- 11
Markings: An "O" is stamped on the receiver, various proof markings on the barrel,
and "BS" is stamped on the gas cylinder screw. DOD and a proof mark and tape
with #5 written on it on the bottom of the pistol grip can be found on the stock.
The wood of this rifle is GI wood with some imperfections and tape residue.
