This rifle is in overall excellent condition. The metal parts have a very good blued finish. The action is a pre-64 (controlled feed) w/ factory mounting points for a side sight base and two top bases. A dovetail base is installed on the front ring. The barrel is an aftermarket heavy contour in .30-06. It has the factory location mounting point at the midpoint w/ scope mount installed. The stock is a factory target contour that has been bedded to the action. It is in excellent condition w/ almost no cosmetic dents and dings. The action is bedded very cleanly in the stock. The serial number is stamped just forward of where the bedding stops.
