This rifle is in overall good condition. The receiver has a good finish that shows some wear. The barrel has a good exterior finish that shows some wear, also, the bore is dark and pitted but has very good muzzle and throat readings. The muzzle has been recrowned. The stock is an Eddystone and has many dents and dings. Parts are from mixed manufacturers

Markings & Other information: Springfield Armory Model 1898 KRAG field grade. Part of a duplicate SN pair with a 1917 Enfield.
Tis rifle is in overall good condition. This 122-year-old rifle has a worn finish on the receiver. The barrel has a good finish, an excellent muzzle reading but the bore is dark and pitted. The 1902 stock is in good condition with a very good finish, few dents or dings but has a crack on the left side at the butt.
